Will this phone work with Virgin Mobile ? null

Not out of the box, no. Even though Virgin Mobile is a Sprint MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator/prepaid carrier) and runs off the Sprint network, you'll have to have Virgin Mobile add the ESN/MEID/IMEI to their database (and upload the correct prl) for it to activate. It's possible, just not out of the box.
