The Spectrum Mobile website Bring Your Own Device compatibility checker fails and says the Razr+ is not available on Spectrum's network. I called sales and they also said same. I called mobile technical support and they merely updated my existing physical SIM (I moved it from old phone to new Razr+) and I was able to get on the network. Spectrum Mobile does NOT yet support eSIM for Motorola devices!!!!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just purchased this phone to activate on Spectrum Mobile. Currently, it isn't possible to activate. I do have an open ticket with Spectrum because this phone should be compatible per Motorola and Spectrum. Currently, when you run the IMEI number through their compatibility checker, it comes up as incompatible.
