- Answer Hi , Yes, it supports the Chinese language. Once you have set it to Chinese, you can type in Chinese text and receive Chinese text messages too. That would depend if the sender sent you Chinese messages. -Jess

- Answer not easily. You may be able to get it out by undoing all the screws but that isn't recommended.

QuestionI'd like to use this as a back up phone. Can i copy the data on my existing S7 sprint phone to this phone? I don't want to use the Moto for daily use just to back up my existing phone just in the event its lost, broken etc

- Answer You can NOT use this phone with Virgin Mobile or Total Wireless (Wal-Mart prepaid wireless). I have confirmed that I am able to use this with Verizon, Net10 or Straight Talk pre-paid wireless, although I have not purchased my SIM card activation packet yet.
