• I don't think so. Mine came with a Samsung charger of equal specs and a notice in box from geek squad certified

• Hi Kayla, Our brand new phones purchased from our authorized third party stores and from our website comes with a 1-year warranty from Motorola. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. We suggest customers buying the brand new ones to get a 1-year warranty coverage. Cosmetic, physical and liquid damage is not covered under warranty. -Jess
