As long as you are getting something that is FMS/GMRS, the channels are the same. Doesn't matter if it's Motorola or Fred's Used Radios, as long as the radios use the FMS/GMRS frequencies, they're good to go. I have about 30 of these radios of various types/manufacture. They all interplay with each other. It's like the old CB radios...doesn't matter who makes it, so long as they use the same channels. Well, these don't use the CB frequencies (I can't remember if these frequencies are higher or lower), but if they'd labeled as "FMS/GMRS", it's the same frequencies, regardless of manufacturer.
