Can this camera lens tilt?? If so how? null

Yes, but only in straight line. You can adjust the base round thing to set the angle and then move lens to point on the target..

Only manually not with the monitor.

We haven't used ours yet but I'm pretty sure you can control it from the screen portion and the camera will tilt up and down.
