• No, the accessory is only meant to be used with the Arlo Essential Second Generation cameras.

• As far as charging I don't see why not, but to actually use the doorbell camera while it's attached to the solar could be challenging. Because the doorbell camera needs to be mounted and I'm not sure if that would work with the cord being attached to the back of the doorbell camera.
