No. You use your own coffee, pre-ground or that you grind yourself, and place inside the metal filter that comes with it. You could possibly remove the coffee grounds from a k-cup (by cutting it open) to put into the Mr. Coffee metal filter, but don't expect it to taste very good. I don't recommend this machine, I don't think it brews very well. If you want the convenience of k-cups, you need to look for a Keurig or a single-brew machine.
