“I met a issue that i plugged in my battery charger into my laptop, and the computer shows that it has 91% battery, plugged in, not charging. Can anyone tell me the reason and how I can solve this issue? thanks”

Update the battery calibration tool and run it! Should work.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Some laptops do this to save the battery. Every time you go to 100% it puts stress on the battery also allowing to fully discharge. I had a sony laptop that would let you pick 50% or 80% charge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If I'm not mistaken the battery forms a life cycle, on my last one i had to run it till it shut down and recharge to full several times and that seemed to take care of it(started going back to 100%)
