Enable Vsynch in the game settings. You should also check the Nvidia card is running the game. Laptops sometimes select the Intel graphics card by mistake which causes slow down or crashes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this same issue. I have done everything possible to try and fix the cause but nothing has worked. The only way to get rid of the tearing is enabling V-Sync or changing the screen to "windowed" instead of "full-screen". However, both of these options create an unpleasant gaming experience. I purchased this high power laptop with the hopes to have no issues, but yet I would've been better off getting a cheaper laptop. Very upset about this and probably will never purchase an MSI laptop, or any laptop from Best Buy again. When I tried to fix the issue by going to Best Buy they were basically more confused than I was, which goes to show the lack of knowledge these employees have.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is so weird that you are experiencing this. I have played several titles on this thing to include BlackOps 4 on Veryhigh/high and have not experienced any tearing. Are you using the latest nvidia drivers?
