“A few simple questions, can this be upgraded? If so, does this include SSD? Can this run World of Warcraft: Legion on mid settings? And does it have a bunch of useless programs installed by default? I would also like to see a review or two on this.”

You can upgrade the RAM and storage on this unit! This should be able to WoW: Legion without an issue on Mid Settings. We do offer our laptop Utilities, but these can always be uninstalled, if desired.
