In short, there are 3 fans in the front. As for the power supply. YES if you’re trying to use the graphics card to a higher degree of gaming switch out the power supply or you’ll check power throttling and either slightly dropping frames or won’t get the best performance out of it. I went and got an evga 1000w 80+ gold psu and it worked wonders. Below I show you the upgraded full modular psu vs the one it included with preset wiring
