• Yes most definitely, the rx 6600 is around 30% better then the 1660 super, you’ll definitely see a noticeable difference for 1080p gaming

• It's a upgrade but not by a lot. Gaming optimization is better on the 1660 so some gains will be lost. Plus with GPU price gouging your probably best holding out. I'd shoot for a rtx 3060 or higher to make it worth it.
