• i have the same processor i did just as a precaution but you can attempt it, if it doesnt work go to someone just to grab a bios update. this mobo has it where just get the bios on a flash drive and just hook up the 24 pin power and 8 pin power

• If the board is received with a Ryzen 5000 series ready sticker on the box, you will not need to update the bios.
