QuestionHow do I access the webcam? I have tried the F6 key and it does not work. I have also tried the systems automated troubleshooting.

- Answer I had this same problem. There are updates that can blow the camera configuration away. I had to uninstall OSD, re-install the camera drivers, and then it was visible again. There are a number of conflicts that get the camera clobbered - they are, to the best of my knowledge, victims of poor driver management in Windows 10.

- Answer You can have a monitor plugged into the HDMI port and right USB C port. This also has the benefit of giving you more FPS since those 2 ports run directly off of the 6700M. You can have 3 monitors. 2 external and the built in display.

- Answer This uses AMD Smart Shift. The GPU and CPU share 130W and on the extreme performance power plan power will shift between the 2 depending on if the game is more GPU or CPU intensive. On the balanced power plan the 6700M will run on 80W but in extreme performance it will run up to 120W in less CPU demanding games. From my experience in less CPU demanding games the GPU will settle around 115W a lot of the time like in the Resident Evil 2 remake. From what I've seen when testing, the CPU will run between 10W all the way up to 60W. When using an external monitor this laptop is plenty powerful enough to run the latest games on high to ultra settings.

- Answer It has 2 DIMM slots and can run up to 64GB of RAM. Just be sure that the RAM kit you choose is running at 1.2v. 3200Mhz is the max speed it will run at.
