As long as there is an open PCI Express x16 slot on your motherboard and 2 slots for up and down space (this is a 2 slotter) - adequate room length wise in the case and the power plug coming from the power supply (8pin) - then this will fit and work fine. Make sure to check that the above is all good and yes, it will work just fine.
