Yes, you can connect a 4K monitor to the graphics card through DisplayPort.

It will display fine on a 4K monitor...it will work fine for everyday tasks. But..it is not a card you would want to use for 4K gaming, you would need something substantially more powerful for that. If you game at 1080p though...this card is fantastic for 1080p gaming, at good framerates.
