Honestly power draw depends on a lot of things. First and foremost are you using the integrated Intel graphics in CPU? If so then the approx 90 watts the RTX 3060 needs will not be in use. Frankly unless gaming on AA or AAA titles you can use the integrated graphics most of the time. You want to play Horizon Zero Dawn, Elden Ring or some other graphics intensive title just reboot into the RTX graphics until finished playing. If all you are doing is web browsing or writing documents then use integrated Intel graphics and power draw will probably be 60-90W total.
