No. To the best of my knowledge no laptops or very few use XMP. That said the unit does support DDR4-2933MHz. And there are quite a few brands of laptop DDR4 3200 (which will default to 2933 in this) that run at 1.2V I use Gskill, which I believe BB carries in single 8, 2x8, single 16 and 2x16 kits. One nice thing is that you can add a single 16GB stick which will give you 24GB total and it will still run in dual channel mode. Just check the specs on the memory. You want good quality DDR4 2933 or faster that only requires 1.2V

MSI laptops do not allow for an XMP profile.
