QuestionDue to work security reasons, I'm not allowed to have or use any dual boot computer and I'm only allowed to use Linux. MSI does not officially support Linux. Has anyone used any full install of any Linux distro? Thanks!

QuestionHello, I recently bought this laptop and expected to be able to connect it to my Dell S2421HGF 144 hertz monitor, but every time I connect it through HDMI 2 the monitor and laptop completely drop in frames. Why is that, how can I fix it:?

- Answer The laptop screen is 360hz compare to your external 144hz screen. You are not able to run any games with laptop screen and external screen on. You will need to shut the laptop lid and run it off one monitor or buy a new monitor that has 360hz.

- Answer Yes it will work with most VR sets. It has a RTX 3070 which will easily handle any VR Set.

- Answer This does run off 360hz and seen a big difference between a 144hz and this 360hz screen as long you turn on the Mux switch and run the laptop directly off the graphics card. This will get you to 360hz. Most laptops that have 240hz but does not have G-Sync or a mux switch will not hit 240hz due to Optimus. This graphics card is not a Max-q either. Its a full 3070RTX card.

QuestionCan the FHD screen be swapped out with a QHD screen? I really wanted the QHD screen model but it sold out the day I was going to purchase it. Does anyone actually prefer the FHD screen over the QHD screen for explainable reasons?

- Answer There is a QHD version in similar model but the cost jumps. I prefer the FHD and high refresh rates. Unless you are building or designing a graphical world FHD is quicker and reliable for gaming/working/streaming needs.
