• HDMI is capped to a certain hz. You need a display port to achieve full 300 hz

• What are you talking about Mikey? I use a 144hz monitor on HDMI that hits 144fps in games. So yes you can use HDMI. People get all elitist about whether HDMI or DP is "better." Both will look and run great.

• no it’s not like that for any monitor u have to get a display port to get the full hz it’s like this with every monitor
