“I’m running 2 8gb ddr4 3600mhz with i5 13400f but when ever I try over clocking using memory try it in bios and save through f10 it keeps saying over clock failure and remains at 2133mhz”

Depending on the quality of ram you have and the cpu can impact how well tuning the ram speed turns out. I typically run the ram I use often on gear2 setting .Updating Bios definitely improves your compatibility.
