• Yes as they come separated from the rad and are just attached using screws.

• The fans are not installed on the radiator so you can atttach any fans of the appropriate size.

• Very easy if their the same size as the radiator takes. Just 4 screws taking a hex screwdriver for each fan, you can reuse the screws for the new fans also.

• Very easy and you don't have to mount the fans directly onto the radiator. they can be mounted inside or outside the case, with the radiator mounted inside or outside the case as well; but without much of a gap between them besides the thin case metal they are mounted to.
