• I have a PC laptop and using a Thunderbolt/USB4 cable from the laptop to this display. It works perfectly. My video card only goes to 144 at this resolution, so I can't say that it will go all the way to 155. Technically, it should work.

• Yes this has USB-c passthrough video outputs it should work with any laptop that also features this, however the 155hz feature is only available when using a display port cable as it uses DP overclocking.
