• I tried to upgrade and it wreaked havoc. I don't think this laptop can handle it. I find it to be a very fragile piece of machinery in terms of drivers.

• The Windows part I dont know, but I bought this one because thr MSI website showed it could be upgraded to 64Gig of ram.
