• Try hitting the settings button on monitor and switch to another hdmi setting. Mine has two settings. It only works for the one that u actually plugged into.

• Try plugging whatever you're using into another working monitor. If it's still blank then it's probably whatever hardware you're using. Otherwise I'd see about getting a replacement.
