• It's really quite to me the fans and rgb are controlled by a control box in the back of the case which has a jrainbow connector to your motherboard through aura sync or mystic light .

• Fan noise will be your issue, so get niice fans, and yes you can control RGB with certain branded motherboards or a controller.

• The case itself is near silent. And the RGB on the case should hook up to your motherboard. If they don’t have the same software, there is a button on top you can press to cycle through the fan colors.
