Yes, the MPG VELOX 100R includes fans and an aRGB controller.

It comes with 4 fans. 3 on front and 1 on rear. It comes standard with an LED button on the case to cycle through preinstalled color variations. Also comes with the RGB hub installed. As for software, You can download the MSI Mystic Light controller for free.

It does come with around 6-7 fans on its own but it already has a controller on the top of the case

It does come with three fans mounted behind the front glass panel, and one on the rear panel, all RGB and connected to a basic RGB controller. Can be connected to an ARGB motherboard header. No remote control, though. You may want to move the front fans to the back of the front frame, for better circulation.
