“Why is Best Buy charging scalper prices? I though Plus members get "Exclusive Member Prices", "Exclusive Access", and access to "sales, events, and highly anticipated products". Seeing this price here, makes me question.”

Market price for all GPUs has increased a ton due to the rising cost of memory. This pricing unfortunately isn't just a Best Buy thing if you shop others you'll see the same thing.
