• You will have to check your computer specifications. The card needs a double width X16 PCI Express slot. The card also requires a separate power plug that goes on the top.[

• I believe you would still work, but you would be cutting it close with that power supply, shoot for 450w at least that way you have good head room further down the line as well for future upgrades or just hold off and do a full upgrade further down the line
