Most people recommend the 7800x3D cpu to be paired with the 4070 Super, so I would imagine the 5600 x would be pretty noticeable.

For me it is noticeable. I also have a 5600x and I know it is running a bit slower than what it should be according to benchmarks. Im playing at 1440p ultrawide and 4k so it’s not as big of a hit as someone playing at 1080p.
