This monitor only has 1 hdmi port, rated at 120hz only which does not use the full 144hz the display is capable of. If you want to use the full 144hz of the monitor I would recommend a display port cable and a gtx 1070 ti. Yes, you can use this with a GTX 1060 PC but again very demanding games will not get you 144fps (although if you don't play demanding games you should be okay).
