My monitor had both HDMI & DP cable.  You should be able to change your refresh rate through System>Display>Advanced Display in your system settings.  Hope that helps.

Should work if you use a display port cable instead of hdmi.

You will need to use a DisplayPort cable to achieve 144hz with the Optix G24C4.
