QuestionWill there be an upgraded version at BestBuy (32gb/64gb Memory / 1tb/2tb ssd )? Or is Best Buy / Geek Squad capable of providing and upgrade option with purchase?

- Answer I originally selected this machine exactly because it was fully up-gradable. I had planned to have Geek Squad do the upgrade, but the the COVID non-sense came along. I ended up doing the work myself. Now the machine is Windows Pro, 64 GB Ram, 2TB SSD primary, and 512GB SSD in the secondary slot.

QuestionThis is the only listing of the prestige 15 I've found that provides this configuration of 4k+16gb+512gb @ $1499 All other websites have either listed 1080p+16gb+512gb @ $1399 or 4k+32gb+1tb @ $1799 So, is this set of configurations really correct?

- Answer Both memory slots are open, as are both SSD slots. My machine is now 64GB ram, 2.512 TB SSD over two slots.

QuestionWhen will the 1080P screen version available? For a laptop, 4K consumes too much energy; as an entry gaming laptop, 4K is just useless. I'd like to get a 1080P version from Best Buy.

- Answer This isn't meant to be a gaming laptop, it is designed with creative production in mind (I.E., video and photo editing). There is a 1080p version of this specific laptop, but it is not available at Best Buy. If you go the the MSI Prestige website and go to the configurations tab, it will show you the websites the 1080p variant is available from. https://us.msi.com/Content-Creation/Prestige-15-A10X
