Why it doesn't provide a warrant from BestBuy? null

Protection plan needs to be bought, unless you have Total Tech then it will be free

I cant really answer that, however you can buy a warranty, i did so myself. bought 3 years warranty. Covers everything, old age, spill a drink on it, anything stops working, bring it in they fix it free(i paid for the warranty so its not really free i guess). if you go this route, i would buy totaltech plan, its cheaper, and it covers everything you buy, including the laptop.
