Yes, there is one extra slot. ( 2 total ) I added this 2tb. WD_BLACK 2TB SN770 NVMe Internal Gaming SSD Solid State Drive - Gen4 PCIe, M.2 2280, Up to 5,150 MB/s - WDS200T3X0E ( cost to upgrade was $179.00 ) Also, I upgraded the memory with this Crucial RAM 64GB Kit (2x32GB) DDR5 4800MHz CL40 Laptop Memory CT2K32G48C40S5 ( 2 slots total up to 64gb) cost to upgrade was $269.99 It's a beast
