“Is the bios updated on this motherboard already or will I have to do that to avoid the voltage spikes and such with the 14th gen cpu?”

Hello Dust - the latest BIOS release for this motherboard was on October 9th 2024. While it is likely that the board you will buy will have the latest BIOS installed, it is always recommended that you check for any updates when upgrading or building a new system.
