Is this English dubbed null

Oof, 8 months late to this. YES, it is dubbed. By default the dub is played. But there is a menu option to turn on Japanese dub and/or the subtitles for the Japanese Dub. English dub is in 5.1 channel and the Japanese dub is 2 channel (quality of audio).

You can set it to either dubbed or subbed in the set up menu.
