- Answer Press the power button until the screen reads 12.1v. It should go off if you leave it alone. If the screen reads “AC” it won’t turn off.

- Answer While on vacation, my wife was answering an email at 15% while this battery was attached. After a 1/2 hour she was up to 45%. Not sure how long it would take to get to 100%, yet 1/2 hour for 30% life we thought was pretty good.

- Answer So most phones have a 2000-3000 mAh battery. This thing has a 10000 mAh battery. If you want it to charge overnight you will need a charger with a 2A output like an iPad charger or a high power or rapid Android charger. If you’re charging it on an iPhone charger it could literally take days to hit full charge.

- Answer Plug the built in cord into your regular everyday phone charger and plug it in to the outlet. Doesn't take long at all to charge up.

- Answer My husband and I both had Samsung S8+ and now Moto G Power cell phones. LG Stylo has the same charging port used in both these Android phones (USB cable type-C), so this portable charger is compatible to yours. I hope this is helpful!

- Answer It will charge any product from any manufacturer that has a rechargeable battery. You have to supply your own cable because it only comes with a short one that's only for recharging this device.

QuestionThe specifications state that it draws an input of 2.4A max. when i charge it with my little cube charge transformer (1A output) the transformer gets hot and stops working until it cools down. I do have a 2A transformer, but do i need more?

- Answer I have used both a 1 and a 2.4 charger. I did not experience any heat issues, but as expected, the 1 was very slow to charge. I have used the 2.4 the last 6 charges with excellent results.

- Answer On the side right below the clip is a fairly large type button. Just push it and it will show 1 thru 4 lights. 4 lights is fully charged.
