“I bought this because a lady at the store told me it would give my laptop one full charge after it dies. I tried to do that, but it just says "max power exceeded" and shuts off. Am I doing something wrong?”

• I have had the same issue. I can't charge my computer while I am using it. I can either turn off my computer to charge it or since my computer has a detachable base I can charge that while I use my computer as a tablet.

• You're not doing anything wrong it's just that the power required for your laptop to charge is too high for the portable to handle.

• Same thing happened to me 2x. You're not doing anything wrong, you're just trying to use the product for what it was designed to do. We got lemons or this product really is substandard quality.
