Comes with the charger for the Battery but no block. Just use your own phone charger with a USB, unless you just want to buy an extra.

If your cell phone charger has a USB plug in that un-attaches from the wall plug, you can remove your phone cord, and slide the shorter charger USB cord into your wall plug in end. OR...just plug the short charger cord into a USB port on your computer or any other USB port...like in your car.
