• I purchased the same system last month. I verified the firmware (which is pretty easy to do btw) and it was already set with the current firmware version. I imagine your unit will be the same, but it doesn't hurt to verify this.

• 2020 models should be good with fw33 or fm33 hit the info button a few times till u see the fm33 or if its different then usb update

• I bought the same system less than 2 months ago and it came with the latest firmware. Also remember that you may need to adjust your wi-fi router channels if you get random noises from interference. This is covered in the support documentation.

• Don't buy this product! The sound is horrible. It cuts out repeatedly. Also a pain to install. I really regret having purchased it.
