• A:Answer Hello and thank you for your interest with our Nanoleaf 4D! Yes! it can even fit a 85" tv, so if you have a 70" one, you may just trim the Lightstrip according to the specifications of your tv, so there should be no problem! Let us know if you have further questions!

Q: QuestionDoes this need to connect through Wifi or bluetooth or does it plug directly into the TV? How does the connection with the app work (wifi, QR code, etc)

• A:Answer The lightstrip, controller, and camera are designed to be mounted to the TV, but they don’t directly interface with it. For controlling, there are a few physical buttons, but otherwise it’s handled via App with WiFi. The manufacturer’s site has a manual that may provide more clarity.

Q: QuestionWill these also work on flush-mounted TVs? We have a Samsung Frame series 4K TV, and there is no space between the wall and back of the set. Can these be mounted around the circumference & still function correctly and well?

• A:Answer Hello and sorry for the delay, 4D will usually work with mounted TVs with enough space in the back of the TV and the wall for the Lightstrip. If you place them on the edge it might not be as effective since the change in the reflection of the colors on the walls that corresponds to the tv is the effect we want to achieve.

• A:Answer Hey, we are truly sorry for this trouble and for any inconvenience this has caused, but Nanoleaf only still works with 2.4ghz. We are going to be raising this concern with our dev team again to make sure we get our options open.
