• A:Answer Yes it does. It comes with wire covers and a mounting system that makes it easy for each of the light pucks to stay mounted. We know that installation is the most important consideration for this product so we want to minimize the number of times you need to get on a ladder!

Q: QuestionHello. Can these lights be spliced and if so, can they be spliced into a “Y” shape? Thanks!

• A:Answer You can splice the Permanent Outdoor Lights using the included splicer, but they can only be spliced in a straight line and cannot be split into a Y shape or any branching layout. The system is designed for linear runs only, so attempting to create a Y configuration would interfere with power delivery and data flow. If you need to navigate corners or directional changes, you can use the straight splicer to continue the run, but it must remain a single continuous line.

Q: QuestionIs it possible to disengage every other light? I want to increase the space between the lights.

• A:Answer Hello, and thank you for being keen on our Permanent Outdoor Lights! Each string is 5 M long, with 10 pucks and a distance of 50 cm from each puck. These are permanent spacing for each string, so the only way to increase space in between pucks is if you splice them each.

Q: QuestionI was disappointed that your Christmas string lights didn't have Thread and would never even get on the wifi, and were not able to connect to Matter or Apple Home. What makes these better? Being outside they would need to have much better radios.
