Is this 3.0. Will it work in place of thunderbolt? null

These cables are NOT 3.0/Thunderbolt compatible but they will handle high speed device charging (100w). If you need high speed data transfer you'll need to look elsewhere.

I bought this I wouldnt recommend this unless its to charge a phone. Its no good for anything I have except for charging my phone.
