• Preorders usually are a guarantee that the consumer will get the product, its more like having a hold on the product and charged when the product is released and ready to ship or pick up that's when you are charged.

• You get charged when you purchased to make sure you have enough funds, then it's refunded until it ships. My recommendation, if you can pay right now, use PayPal since it's automatically deducted and out of the way
