Haven't tried with mine our of fear some grounds may come loose and end up in the machines water spout system but the company does have a recycling program that is super easy which is not a common practice for pod companies
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You cannot use the reusable pod on this model I believe however when you order the pods through Nespresso they provide a mailable recycle bag to send the pods back to be recycled which we love!!!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, look up "SEALPOD Reuseable Nespresso Capsules". They do have foil tape tops. But foil is recyclable. I use Peet's capsules. They're single use, but I bought a recycling sleeve from them for $2. Peet's uses foil capsules, so to them it's like recycling an aluminum can after emptying out the used grounds into a compost pile. There's no plastic in their capsules at all. I may get a SEALPOD eventually, but I'll have to also buy a burr grinder to get really consistent, fine-ground coffee for espresso.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you have to make or buy your own customizable ones of course, but you definitely can do it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Not that I know but you can recycle them. Check the Nespresso website for locations
