The one at Best Buy should. After comparing with many other retailers, including Nespresso store in Miami, Best Buy offers the best deal. The frother is included and works great.

The frother is seperate, you can get it in a bundle as I did for a great price. The machine itself does not have a frother connected to it.

Yes! It came with the Aerocino machine. It will heat and froth the milk (also will froth cold milk). Works great.
