Hi there, Craigacguy. Sorry you’re running into a problem setting up the Nest Audio. Here are some troubleshooting steps to get your device connected to your internet: 1. Reboot your Wi-Fi router: Unplug the power source for one minute, then plug it back in. 2. Reboot your Nest speaker or display: Disconnect the power cable from the speaker then reconnect the power cable back into the speaker. 3. On your mobile device, turn off the Wi-Fi, then turn it back on. 4. If you have a dual-band router, try to set up your speaker or display on both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands.
