• Yes, you can. I've done it, but mostly I now just ask Mini to play it, and it does.

• Yes, simply tell the google assistant to turn on Bluetooth or turn it on in the google home app. It will then appear in Bluetooth settings on your phone where you can connect and play anything on your phone.
